How does KDeals work?
KDeals uses powerful software to trawl the Internet for the best discounted prices and special offers. These are then passed on to our customers via email or phone. Available for both online and real-life purchases, for high street shoppers, we aim to bring you the best deals on the products you want to buy.
How often can I look for deals?
Once registered, you can look for deals whenever you wish. Our site is updated daily, so there are always fresh deals to benefit from.
Why do I have to pay for KDeals?
If you want to benefit from the enhanced features and larger discounts which paying customers of KDeals enjoy, then there is a small fee. We want you to be completely happy with the service you receive from us: for this reason, once you’ve upgraded to the premium package, you have 14 days to try the service out and change your mind if you’re not 100% satisfied with what we provide. After this period, we will start charging you as long as you remain a premium KDeals member.
I want to leave KDeals, how do I do it?
Memberships can be cancelled within 14 days: just call or email us using the contact information given. After this, you will need to give a month’s notice. Call our customer services team for further information.
How do I find out about new deals?
You can find out about fresh deals either by logging in to check the site, and/or by reading the update emails which we send all our clients on a regular basis.

How do I change my password?
Once you are logged into the KDeals site, just go into Account Settings, where there is an option to change your password.
I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?
Click on the “forgotten my password” prompt on the log in page and an email will be sent to you, detailing how to reset your password so that you can access your account.
How do I leave a review?
We welcome reviews of our service: feel free to leave reviews on any of the popular review sites regarding KDeals performance and service.
I have a complaint, what do I do?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, please get in touch with us using the information contained in the Contact section of the site and we will do everything we can to try and resolve the issue for you.
